SHIPPING

Each piece leaves the studio with care.
Shipping is available within Italy and selected European countries.
Orders are processed within a few working days.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and external conditions.

FACOMEILVENTO is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events.
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring all details are correct.

OBJECTS

Each piece is handmade.
No two works are identical.
Variations in form, glaze, tone, and texture are inherent to the making process and are not considered defects.

RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
To exercise this right, you must notify FACOMEILVENTO within this period.
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and carefully packaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued after inspection.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• custom-made or personalized pieces
• works created on specific customer request
For these items, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with EU consumer law. No returns or cancellations are possible.

DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING

Each piece is carefully packaged before shipment.
Responsibility for transport transfers to the courier once the parcel is dispatched.

If a package arrives damaged, the customer must contact FACOMEILVENTO within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of:
• packaging
• external box
• damaged item

Claims submitted without sufficient documentation or outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

FACOMEILVENTO is not responsible for damage caused during transit by third-party carriers, but will assist where possible in managing the claim with the courier.

LABORATORIES PIECES

Some works are created through a slower process of formation, firing, glazing, and re-firing.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for completion.
Each piece is shipped to the address provided at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring accuracy of details.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, it will be held for 7 days for reshipment arrangements. After this period, the piece may no longer be available.

PRIVACY

Personal data is used solely for order processing, shipping, and customer support.
Data is handled in accordance with EU GDPR regulations and is never sold or shared without consent.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
